Notice to Protection Officer: Upon receiving an application, the Magistrate is required to issue a notice of the hearing date to the Protection Officer within a maximum period of three days, or within a further reasonable time as the Magistrate may allow

Final Order Timeline: The Magistrate shall make every effort to resolve and pass a final order on every application within a period of sixty days from the date of the first hearing
